ACE Garage Doors provides garage door repair, installation, and maintenance services in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Cable and roller replacement
• Emergency garage door services
• Preventive maintenance

Service Estimates

We provide free estimates for garage door services. Estimates are based on the information provided and a visual inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. We will always notify you and obtain approval before performing any work beyond the original estimate.

Price Match Guarantee

We offer a price match guarantee. If you receive a lower written estimate from a licensed competitor for the same service, we will match or beat that price. The competitor's estimate must be for identical services and parts, and must be presented before work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:

Warranty

ACE Garage Doors provides the following warranties:

• Labor Warranty: 90 days from the date of service
• Parts Warranty: Varies by manufacturer; we will provide warranty information for all parts installed
• New Door Installation: Manufacturer's warranty applies, typically 1-5 years depending on the product

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications made by others.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We offer same-day service when available. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you to find a suitable time.

Safety Disclaimer

Garage door systems contain components under high tension that can cause serious injury or death if improperly handled. We strongly advise against attempting DIY repairs on garage door springs, cables, or other high-tension components. Always hire a licensed professional for garage door repairs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACE Garage Doors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACE Garage Doors, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jackson County, Missouri.
